SAN RAFAEL, CA – MarinLink, the Marin County incubator and fiscal sponsor for start-up nonprofit projects, announces its next MarinLink University Course, a ten-module program providing an overview of nonprofit governance, strategies, and tactics. The first class will be held Wednesday, February 4th.
